Should I do a counter copyright notification on Cartoon Network?

So I have two copyright strikes on youtube because of cartoon network. The first one was reasonable (Ed, Edd, n Eddy episodes). But then the second one, I think is wrong. I uploaded a gameplay/playthrough of Ed, Edd, n Eddy to the edstreme game on Cartoon Network’s website. And I’m afraid I’m going to get sued. And I don’t want to lose my account, because I’ve had it since I was a little kid. So, should I counter notify Cartoon Network?

Why do you think uploading copyrighted works that you don’t own is NOT a copyright violation? There are many YouTube members who have learned the hard way that YT would rather drop you as a customer than face being sued for contributory copyright infringement (allowing you to post things they know are copyrighted by others who have not given you permission).

If I were you, I’d start downloading an archive version of your entire account immediately, and just hope they don’t pull the plug on you before midnight tonight, which is certainly within their power and authority, once you have violated the terms and conditions of the service even ONCE.
