How to add more than 10 bots in the map cs_mansion in counterstrike 1.6?

When i play the map cs_mansion in counterstrike 1.6 the only problem is that i cant add more than 10 bots.Need Help Please

(counterstrike 1.6 ) how come i cant change anything on the on the option screen anymore?

i tried changing my name, sensitivity, video , etc. but it stays the same
it doent change
