I forgot my password for my Counterstrike/Steam account, but also forgot the answer to my secret question..?
Can I get this info from anywhere? When I click on the forgot password link it sends me a verification code to my email, but also asks me to answer the question i filled out when I made the account….I dont remember my answer for whoever my childhood hero was, and honestly cant even imagine why I picked that as a question…..there is a pretty basic password i almost always use and I tried every version of it and it’s NOT my Steam account password…ahhh!!! help! i want counterstrike on my desktop but have it on my laptop where I told Steam to save my password info, but I can’t retrieve it!
If you have the same password for a website that you use for steam, then there is something really simple that you can do. If you’re using Mozilla Firefox (Not sure of how to do this in IE), then click on Tools at the top, and then click Options. From there click on the Security tab and then click Show passwords. Unfortunately, if you don’t use the Save Password feature in Firefox, then nothing will show up. Only passwords that you save in Firefox will show up. From there, I would browse all of your passwords and try all of them in steam. This worked for me on an account that I had been not able to access for 2 1/2 years!

Question for my Counterstrike and WoW players?
I am thinking of going and buy these games but i have questions.
WoW: Ok i have heard of this game but i dont know. Do you need a credit card number to play? Do you need Subscription codes? Where do i get them. And will there still be people playing WoW even when Burning Crusade comes? And is this a Laggy Game, Do i need a very good Pc to play it?
Counterstrike: I know there alot of you guys playing this. What will i ned to play it. Is it really addicting?
For WoW I think you can actually just buy the time cards (like the 60 day things) in the stores and just use that code if you don’t have a credit card. Also you need to check your memory and such and see if your computer can handle the game. Installing it takes a while cause there’s like 5 setup disks. It doesn’t lag during the game I don’t think but a good PC helps and I’m sure there will still be plenty of people playing it when Burning Crusade comes….I would be if I still had it.
Just make sure you dont’ get addicted to it and do what a lot of people do like skip class and work to play it.
